KALE AND BANANA SMOOTHIE
This creamy smoothie taste like an indulgent treat-however, it is actually good for you!
Prep: 5 MINS COOK: NONE
1/2 cup coarsely chopped curly green kale
1 teaspoon hemp seeds or hemp seed oil
1 small banana, frozen
plus 1/2 teaspoon to garnish
1/4 Vanilla bean, seeds scraped
Put the chopped kale into a blender with the measured water and blend until smooth.
Add the hemp seeds, banana, and Vanilla seeds and blend again until smooth and creamy. Serve immediately, with the raw cacao to garnish.
