My Quick & Healthy Breakfast Scramble Recipe

Don't think you have time for a healthy breakfast? Think again. Here's my favorite Italian scramble breakfast recipe. It's super easy and will be done in less than 15 minutes!

INGREDIENTS:

2 eggs (1 egg white)

1 habanero pepper

1 tsp chopped garlic

1-2 tbs olive oil

sea salt (as desired)

black pepper (as desired)

red crushed pepper (as desired)

DIRECTIONS:

Heat olive oil in a pan, add garlic, and wait 1-2 minutes. Then add spinach, habenero peppers, and eggs. Cook for 2-3 minutes. Season with sea salt, black pepper, and crushed red pepper as desired.
